How do limited releases work?
Limited edition prints will be released twice a year and will be pre-announced via Instagram and our mailing list and made available for purchase during a one-week period. The edition is limited to 150 copies split between two surfaces, aluminum, and paper. We will never re-print an edition, once it has been made available for sale.

What methods do you recommend for framing?
The best-suited method of framing for Denitza's raised texture prints is called "floating". It’s the best we can recommend because it will give the print depth and preserve the dimensional look of the artwork. Please note that the aluminum print does not require framing, it is ready to hang.

When will I receive my item?
The production time frame for all limited edition prints will be determined after the sale, so please allow an estimated 4-6 weeks for production and shipping.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. You will get an email from us when your order ships, with tracking information.

Shipping rates 
Shipping rates are calculated based on the address at checkout. We ship with UPS or FedEx.
If you are shipping internationally, please be prepared for extra fees and delays.
Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax, or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We cannot and will not falsely report an item’s value to help you avoid these fees.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and items can sometimes be delayed in customs.

Why don't you ship to my country?
If you do not see your country in our list of destinations, please contact us at shop[at]denitza-nyc.com and we will try to arrange shipping to your country if possible.

Lost or Damaged Items
Please contact us immediately about lost or damaged items. Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email shop[at]denitza-nyc.com to let us know about any damage ASAP. If possible, please include pictures. We’ll be in touch with the next steps.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, email us at shop[at]denitza-nyc.com to arrange a return within 14 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please note that the return shipping cost is at the charge of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Customer Privacy
Information you provide to the store through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues.
Subscribers to the mailing list will only receive Denitza-related announcements and can unsubscribe at any time.
